My wines and oil
I started producing my wines using a small part of the grapes produced in 2015 to make wine, and since 2016, I decided to vinify all my production to enrich the selection on your table and let you seize the most intense flavors of this area.
DolceVera comes in 5 types of red wine and 1 olive oil:
For the production of our finest wines such as Amarone and Recioto, we practice the technique of drying in Valpolicella, which consists in placing the best grapes harvested, in well-ventilated straw mats to dry for three to four months. This technique allows the grapes to concentrate all the polyphenolic substances and therefore to create wines of great value.
