Extravergine olive oil
This extra vergine olive oil, produced with olives grown in Valpolicella, is born of a generous soil famous not only for its
vineyards but also for its olive trees. The hand picking and gentle cold pressing of the organic olives, made according to
the ancient country tradition, produces an olive oil with a very intense bouquet but delicate taste and a bright yellow
colour with golden-green reflections. Its low acidity makes it adaptable to any kind of diet, making it also suitable for
the preparation of complex dishes as well as the most traditional dishes of the popular Italian cuisine. Because of its light
pressing with simple decantation of dross (no filtration), it is possible to find deposits on the bottom of the bottle.
